  So, I come for lunch every week and order the same thing. Apparently they changed the menu and "can't serve me" the loaded potatoes. When I asked if I could order potatoes and just pay extra for bacon and cheese, I was told no - that menu item doesn't exist. WOW! Will definitely not be back.

  It was the worst service I've ever had. Got seated, server never came to the table. Had to contact the host. He got us water but we ordered drinks. Spoke to the manager told him about what happened, and ask for mt free drink, based on their flyer. The manager never came back, I never got any thing to drink. I recommend this place close. I give it no stars.

  Went during the day while it wasn't busy and still no one came to sit us. We sat ourselves and waitresses kept walking past as if we weren't there. Had to stop some just for menus. Our waitress was good once we got help.

  The building was pretty much empty when we arrived and the female hostess seemed to be having a bad day. Us and 4 other couples waited at least 15 minutes while we were entertained by the view of all of the empty booths and tables. It took 10 additional minutes for our server to come when our food came our cups were empty and we never offered a refill and not to mention my husband was in formed they were out of ribs so he ordered a burger I ordered boneless wings. Well we got our food I took a bite of my wings and noticed a funny taste so I started cutting into one and they were completely uncooked. The manager came over and explained that the timer blah blah blah.... Did not even offer a meal on them or anything just asked if I would like her to have them remake it. NEVER AGAIN
