Second time I wanted to try the new cold brew, asked for easy creme and when I got the coffee it was mostly creme and sugar ( did not even order sugar). Did not bother to return it again. Dumped it down the sink and wrote this review. Staff seems friendly but, I just get the feeling there is no one in charge its just kind of run by the hourly employees. I hope you guys get it right. I really hate giving Starbucks my money...September 19, 2016
